You may cancel your subscription to the MEDIA service NUVATHEX Media at any time by providing notice to NUVATHEX LLC. If you cancel your subscription, your access to our MEDIA software will continue until the end of the current subscription term, and you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the subscription term.
If NUVATHEX LLC terminates your access to the MEDIA service for a violation of any terms and conditions or for any other reason, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription term.
Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription, your account and all associated data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain prior to cancellation or termination of your subscription.
NUVATHEX LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue NUVATHEX Media or any feature or functionality thereof at any time with or without notice to you. If NUVATHEX LLC discontinues our MEDIA service or a feature or functionality thereof, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription term.
